OpenDetail is a collaboration between Chevrant, KEA, and Henning Larsen. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously, and only collect what we consider to be absolutely necessary. Data Collection

  1. Newsletter / expression of interest

    2. In order to register your genuine interest in OpenDetail, to provide OpenDetail consent to receiving updates, we require the collection of the following information:


    • Your Name
    • Email Address
    • How you would like to contribute to OpenDetail
    • If you would like to receive updates

    We collect your data directly from you when you submit information to us e.g. by filling in a form on OpenDetail.org. We will use your data to inform you of updates concerning the development of OpenDetail, or to contact you if we would like to collaborate or involve you in the development of OpenDetail. We do not share your data with any third party and will use it exclusively for the purpose of OpenDetail. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for commercial gain.


    The data entered in the form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can always revoke consent to the storage of your data, your email address and their use via the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the email or by contacting us by email at contact@opendetail.org. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation. We store your data with Google Ireland Limited, located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We are committed to protecting your data and employ a variety of security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. OpenDetail will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to for the aforementioned purposes, however we will delete your data should this no longer be necessary, or should we be obligated to under legal obligations.

    3. On our website we use Google Fonts of the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). For the European region, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for all Google services. Google Fonts was previously called Google Web Fonts. It is an interactive list with over 800 fonts which Google LLC offers for free use. We integrate Google Fonts locally (on our own web server) and not on Google’s servers. The relevant CSS and font files are downloaded at build time and self-hosted, and as such there is no connection to Google’s servers and consequently no data transfer or retention. This way, we comply with the data privacy and do not transmit any data to Google Fonts. Unlike other web fonts, Google Fonts offers us unrestricted access to all its fonts allowing us to to get the most out of our website. Marketing

OpenDetail may contact you with additional information about our product. If you have agreed to receive marketing or receive our newsletter, you will always be able to opt out at a later date.
